Look no where else, Alison is the best when it comes to belt shortening. My belt was shortened by local shoemaker who did a very bad job to three of my belts, but Alison sorted it out and did a great job. I’m happy with all the work done I can now enjoy them thank you very much.

New Leather Strap

Note from Alison - Tom emailed me his review below so you won’t see it on my Trustpilot page. I put a new strap on his Alexander McQueen belt so he could keep using the A.McQ skull buckle see on my blog post here.

I badly damaged a designer belt, and approached Alison regarding a solution. After some consultation, she sent me two swatches of leather that I could choose from - free of charge - to craft a replacement. This part of the service was a real bonus, and something not many other businesses offer. Once I had sent it off for repair, Alison kept me in the loop regarding the process and it was back in my hands within a week.

The leather used is top quality, and her customer service is flawless. Very impressed with the product and process throughout.

I hope I don't need another repair any time soon - but if I do I know where to go!

I have my old belt back (Very Happy)

15 years ago for my 40th Birthday I bought an expensive leather belt. I wore my belt virtually everyday for those 15 years. When the buckle pin snapped I was gutted as the item was of significant sentimental value. I kept the belt in a draw and replaced it with a similar belt. But... it was not my old belt. After 6 months I looked on line for leather repairs. I found Alisons Company. I now have my old belt back with a lovely new sturdy buckle and couldn't be more chuffed.
