Delivery and Returns

Delivery

For UK orders, I have given the option of either Royal Mail Signed For First Class or Special Delivery in the deliver options. 

For International orders, I send via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.  In the case of any custom duties it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to cover any costs and arrange clearance.

Countries shipped to so far: UK, Czech Republic, Ireland, South Korea and USA.

Returns

Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your belt if you feel there is a fault or something wrong.   I do want you to have something you love. I will review on a case by case basis and offer an adjustment, exchange or refund where appropriate.  I recommend you return your item through registered delivery as I can’t accept any responsibility for items lost in transit and those costs are non refundable.  Please contact me first before you send anything back.

Belt Sizing - please do double check the measurement from an existing belt or taken over clothes before you order as I do make all belts to order. I sadly can’t refund or exchange belts where the incorrect measurement has been given, if the mistake is on my side I’ll of course rectify it.
